Standard furniture delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks. Once your order is processed, our white-glove delivery partner will contact you to schedule a specific arrival window.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all COCOON furniture comes with a limited 5-year structural warranty. Decor items and textiles are covered by a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in original condition. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary swatch kits for all our core upholstery collections so you can experience the texture and color in your own lighting before committing.
Do you provide assembly services?
Most large furniture pieces include complimentary White Glove Delivery, which features room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
