At COCOON, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original shipping boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then secure it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
